How to Get Promoted Quickly

So, there are still many people who ask about their sims that are difficult to get a job promotion. Or, why the performance work sims not getting ahead? The reason may be because they don’t read the order listed on career information sim. Perhaps they usually playing GTA (But, it seems to play GTA require higher accuracy than playing The Sims huh? Or maybe alerts and notifications the other game than The Sims always appear across the screen? Oh sorry, I've never played a GTA, just watch).

First, you have to pay attention to your sims career indicators. For example, we use the photos below. The following indicators appear because my sims work became Tech Guru level 1. If your sims not apply for a job, the career indicator below will not appear. Likewise, if your sim has different job with my sim, of course the indicator is also different.

In the image below, there are two point that need attention.

 
It says here Playing Video Games for 4 0/4 hours. It means sims need to play video games a total of 4 hours. You can play using computer, phone, tablet, and motion gaming rig to play video games. If not done, the Career Performance will taking longer to go forward.

For image below, it is said that Daily task: use computer. it means sims need to use computer everyday. when it is done, usually thre will be complete word. "just started" as shown below indicates that sims is just used the computer.

Then there is purple underlined information, ideal mood: focused. it means if your sims will go to work, it should be in the focused mood. how we can get into focused mood instantly? You can apply one of the following ways.

• Edit sims in order have genius trait (because we need mood focused).
  Genius trait will make your sims get focused moodlet randomly. So if you really intend in processing sims, you can directly change the trait. type testingcheats true cheat, then cas.fuleditmode. After that you can edit sims like you play a new household.
• Drink the potion from reward store.
  Reward store button is located in each sims aspiration (press G button from game play).
• Make a drink that contains replacer mood instantly from reward aspiration mixologist
  If you dont want to wait too long when you raise the aspiration, you can use this cheat: aspirations.complete_current_milestone.
  

In City Living Expansion Pack we have another option where our sims go to work, that is work from home. So we can buy object that give mood aura like:

• Buy lights (lighting)
  which gives an aura Focus (or other mood). Lights below is a bonus from installing The Sims 3 University Life. So not only to decorate the room, the lights reward is also useful to change sims mood.
  
• Buy objects that give focus mood aura. The image below is an example of the category "Decorations-Sculpture", eg in the build mode you there is no object that gives the mood aura as shown below, or still locked because it relates unfulfilled career, just  use this cheat: bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement
  

Sometimes to raise the level of career, we are told also to raise the skill level, like cooking skill, playing games, charisma, and others. So for you who want to give cheat skill level, you can use this cheat:
